Raven is surrounded by dozens of empty chairs in this classroom as he sits alone at his desk, crowded by memories of his haunted childhood. Across every chalkboard, we can see standards written, spouting the same mantra over and over - I Hate Dreamer. Raven talks about how some of the miseries of childhood where knowledge is supposed to help, but memories of school are scars that cant be hidden, cant be moved and are always there.
"Tommy Dreamer, you will return to the inescapable horror of the classroom of your youth. Except this time, you will not graduate!"
ECW TV: Raven Activity Recap: (1.24.95) - ECW emanates from Ft. Lauderdale, FL tonight as Joey Styles asks us to look at the voice of "Generation X" in the former Scott Levy, now christened the Raven, and that he hopes that the Raven soon goes back to the mosh pit he climbed out of. They then air a montage of clips of the "Dead End" promo and Raven's first appearance in ECW at the start of January interfering in the Steve Richards vs. Hack Myers match, costing Hack the win.
ECW TV: Raven Promo: (1.21.95) - On this episode of ECW TV, Joey styles welcomes us to take another disturbing look at Raven.
The setting for Raven's second promo in ECW is a playground during the late hours of the night. A sullen Raven is sitting on a swing and he begins to speak ...
"The pain and suffering of a childhood lost. An empty swing, An empty promise. A broken dream, A broken home. It's strange how laughter looks like crying.... with no sound and raindrops taste like tears ... without the pain. Tommy Dreamer, you will relive the turmoil and anguish of an uncertain youth. Quote The Raven ... Nevermore."
The camera fades to an empty swing besides Raven and the picture turns to black.

ECW TV: Raven Video Montage/Promo: (1.17.95) - This week's episode of ECW TV opens with a Raven video montage to the Offspring's song titled "Come Out And Play" from the album "Smash". The video montage shows Raven brooding on a cold winter day. The montage starts with Raven standing beside a "Dead End" road sign. At about the end of the video, the montage shows clips from the previous week of Raven's debut in ECW. Just as the video montage began with Raven standing beside a "Dead End" road sign it also end's with Raven standing beside a "Dead End" road sign. This leads us in to Raven's first ECW promo from the bowels of the ECW Arena.
The Raven staring coldly at the camera sends a message to Tommy Dreamer and ECW itself:
"The world Is full of Kings and Queens, They'll blind your eyes and steal your dreams. Kurt Cobain didn't make it and he left an entire generation of tortured souls behind. Tommy Dreamer take heed ... Quote The Raven ... Nevermore."

ECW TV: Raven [ECW Debut]: (1.7.95) - This week's ECW program opens with Joey Styles welcoming everyone to the ECW Arena:
Joey: "At this time, I'd like to bring out a man who's made a few promises, a man with an identity crisis but it's put up or shut up time for the man I call Steve Richards."
(Steve Richards heads to the ring in full Scotty Flamingo gear)
Joey: "Well Mr. Richards or Polo or Flamingo, Stevie the Body, whatever you'd like call yourself. Last week here in ECW you claimed that you would produce Johnny Polo, I've been here all day and he's not here."
Steve: "Let me tell you something Joey Styles! This is the most exciting day of my life, nothing compares to this; not Halley's Comet, not the assasination of JFK, not even the signing of the US Constitution, this is the biggest day in the history of ECW! And Joey Styles I am a man of my word and of course I wasn't going to produce Johnny Polo!"
Joey: "I knew it! I knew it! see you could not find him he's gone he's history, he left the sport!"
Steve: "No, No, I am not going to produce Johnny Polo or Scotty The Body. You see my man, the man I am bringing out here tonight is very upset. He had to give up a double date with Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam! And do you know who he's upset at Joey Styles?"
Joey: "Probably you for bothering him!"
Steve: "That little punk Tommy Dreamer! Now I hear this story about Tommy Dreamer touring Japan and I think that's a bunch of B.S. I think he's back in Yonkers hiding because he knows my man is gonna be here tonight, but let's not talk about Tommy Dreamer, because as I said January the 7th 1995 is a historical night in ECW and now Joey Styles I'd like to give you punks ... the debut ... no, no ... The birth of ... THE RAVEN!!!!"
Joey: "The Raven???"
(The Offspring's "Come Out and Play" from the album "Smash" is heard through the P.A system)
(Out through a black curtain is the man formely known as Johnny Polo, Scotty Flamingo, and Scotty The Body- but the the man walking down the aisle looks wilder and more feral, wearing a leather jacket over a Ministry shirt, ripped short jeans, a flannel shirt tied around his waist, and black combat boots. As the camera comes closer to The Raven you can see he has a nose ring and an indian necklace as well.)
Steve: "I told you Styles!" (Joey Styles stares at Raven)
Raven: (The Raven utters his first words in ECW) "You suffered a minor setback last week, you know there are 12 year old kids in cracked filled stupors, parents are abusing their children (smiling) We've all had that happen. Did you ever wake up with a stack of cardboard boxes for a pillow and newspapers for a blanket?"
(Steve nods no)
Raven: "Then do not let it happen again!"
Steve: "I won't"
Raven: "I want elimination by any means neccesary, Quote the Raven ... Nevermore.:
Steve: "Yes sir, I mean Johnny, Raven."
Raven: "Go. (Facing Joey) Didn't expect to see me did you, Styles? You're just a breathable piece of garbage."
Joey: (Looking up and down at Raven) "You're not all there are you? You've been away I can tell."
(Raven stares coldly at Joey Styles and the camera)
ECW TV: Steve Richards w/Raven vs. Hack Myers - Steve Richards dominates most of the match until Hack Myers gives Steve a mule kick in the groin and gives him his top rope finisher. After the finisher Steve quickly rolls out off the ring giving the ref a distraction. Hack Myers turns his back as well giving Raven a free shot at Hack. Raven slides to ring, turns Myers around and punches him in the gut, loads up his boot a la Sweet Chin Music and stomps Hack Myers in the face giving Steve Richards the win.
WINNER: Steve Richards via Raven Interference
Joey: "Raven definnetly made a great first impression here in ECW, an impression to the side of Hack Myers face. Well as far as Tommy Dreamer is concerned, Richards and Raven are looking to settle the score. Quote The Raven Nevermore."

ECW TV: Raven/Stevie Richards Background: (1.3.95) - In this week's ECW TV episode Joey Styles did a recap of the recent winning streak of Steve Richards to a Pearl Jam song in the background and footage of his wins over the past two weeks. But the winning streak would not continue as Joey would let us know the following:
"Well, it had to happen sooner or later the winning streak or dumb luck of one Steve Richards finally ran out. Stevie Flamingo, Stevie The Body, or Stevie Polo calling himself this week as a matter of fact, his short two match winning streak came to an end when Steve Richards succumbed to the wrestling talents of Tommy Dreamer."
[They show footage of Tommy turning a roll up into a bridge for the win]
Joey continues, "In fact, Richards was so incensed that he lost to Tommy Dreamer, he claims next week he will produce the real Johnny Polo to straight out this situation, I'll believe that when I see it!"

ECW TV: Raven/Stevie Richards Background: (12.26.94) - This week's ECW tv show opened with Joey Styles recapping the transformation of Steve Richards.
"Last week we saw Steve Richards out here as Stevie Flamingo and claiming that Johnny Polo was the head road agent for Pearl Jam, this week he says Johnny Polo is the head road agent for Stone Temple Pilots regardless, last week Steve Richards was calling himself Stevie Flamingo but this week he's calling himself Stevie The Body. If I were Steve Richards I would get myself a life!"
ECW TV: Stevie The Body vs J.T. Smith - (For those unfamiliar with J.T, he was the founding member of The F.B.I with Little Guido, at this point though he was considered a serious wrestler). During the match J.T domanated the contest and the fans gave Stevie a "You Still Suck" chant througout the whole match. During the match Joey talked about Johnny Polo saying "A rose by any other name would still stink" and he said "Johnny was not half the wrestler that Steve Richards was" at about the exact point he said that J.T through Stevie to the corner but Stevie bounced fom the ring corner and delivered a perfect superkick for the win, Joey ate his words a bit but still called the win an upset.

ECW TV: Raven/Stevie Richards Background:(12.19.94) - After a quick rundown on upcoming events and a plug for the ECW hotline we return from commercial break to Joey Styles and a Pearl Jam song in the background:
"Gabe Sapolsky of the ECW action wire digs deep, probes the current issues in ECW. This week he examines ECW rookie Steve Richards and his new found fascination with Scotty the Body,Scotty Flamingo,Johnny Polo call him what you like the man is one of the biggest jerks I've personally ever met, he left the wrestling industry and according to Steve Richards he is now the head groupie tester and road agent for the rock group Pearl Jam and recently, ECW was on tour and Steve Richards adopted the ring garb of Johnny Polo, Scotty Flamingo, Scotty the Body, Scott Anthony and called himself Stevie the Body!"
We then go to footage of "Stevie The Body" defeating some jobber with the superkick. Stevie is wearing Scotty Flamingo's Ring gear (To have an idea as to what the ring gear looks like check out WCW Magazine, issue 52, page 28, It's an article on Raven called No Limits). After the footage, Joey tells us that if he were Stevie Richards he would get a life!
