Tommy Dreamer & Raven vs. Danny Doring & Amish Roadkill - Dreamer started to clean house early in this match with his pseudo brawling style. Dreamer went for a Death Valley (aka Spiccoli) Driver on Doring, but Doring reversed into a uranage suplex into a hangmen's neckbreaker (I think this is called the G Spot Sweet). Doring then held down Dreamer and Roadkill hit him with a body splash from the top rope. Raven then runs to the ring and teases his trademark DDT to the crowd before hitting Doring with it for the pin. Raven then grabs the tag titles after a top rope Crucifix and places one around Dreamer's neck like a dog. Raven then hugs Dreamer and then kicks him square in the face and storms out the ring.
WINNERS: Raven/Dreamer via Pinfall after DDT
Raven/Dreamer Confrontation - After the ECW opening montage comes on, the action is still in the ring. An obviously angry and pissed off Dreamer grabs the microphone and calls out Raven. Dreamer says he may only have a few matches left in him, but he wants Raven right now! Raven then storms out to the ring, carrying his tag team championship gold. Raven then climbs to the ring apron and we think we might see Raven vs. Dreamer tonight. Instead, Raven just grabs his title and leaves the ring to a chorus of boos. Not tonight, Dreamer. So Raven vs. Dreamer is still being teased as an uneasy tension continues to grow between Raven and Dreamer. Raven is also in the new November To Remember PPV promo which premieres tonight.
ECW Anarchy Rulz PPV: World Tag Team Championship Match: Raven/Dreamer vs. Steve Corino/Jack Victory: (9/19/99) - They aired the Raven-Dreamer recap from TNN this past week as well as Raven's cool as hell promo where he talks about being Dreamer's personal demon. Joel Gertner then came out to do an interview with Tommy Dreamer and Francine. Earlier in the PPV, Steve Corino did an interview where he said that the ICP backed out of the main event and that he and Rhino would give the fans a great tag match and win the belts from Raven's team. We also saw Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins sitting in the front row wearing a hat. Kind of cool and I thought it was worth mentioning.
Back to the interview. Gertner asked Dreamer about his injury and the status of the tag titles. Dreamer said he was not here to cut a babyface promo, but he was at Wrigley Field yesterday and saw Sammy Sosa hit number 60. He says that Sosa does it for the people, and so will he. He is not listening to the doctors anymore. He said he does not need glitzy stuff. He said he needed to innovate some violence in Chicago tonight. Out came Steve Corino, Rhino and Jack Victory.
Corino then cut a cool promo where he promised to make Dreamer bleed and sent Rhino in to get Dreamer. Corino went through him and Corino ran to the back. Dreamer did a cool spot where he rolled Victory, from his wheelchair, into a Francine chairshot. Rhino then went to work on Dreamer. Corino came back with a ladder. Dreamer threw Rhino into it. Rhino got the upper hand and Francine kicked him Rhino dumped Francine and was about to do that to Dreamer when Raven came in and made the save. Raven DDT'd Rhino. Victory attacked Raven but he and Dreamer hit DDTs on Victory and Corino respectively to get the win. As they left, local Chicago radio host Mancow, who many in attendance apparently thought sucked, came out on the apron with two big guys. Mancow was also wearing one of Raven's comic book shirts, it looked like a Vertigo one. Raven and Mancow then hugged. Raven then proceeded to flip Dreamer the middle finger and took off with Mancow and his two flunkies. In the meantime, Dreamer just took off with Francine.
WINNER: Raven/Dreamer via pinfall after DDT

Raven & Tommy Dreamer vs. Steve Corino & Rhino - Tommy Dreamer, with Francine, came to ringside without his title belt. Dreamer gave a speech to the fans where he said the Philly fans have become spoiled and that the New York fans were better. Styles makes a point to tel the audience that Dreamer despises Raven and that their title reign is as bizarre a twist as has occurred in their previous 2 and a half year feud. Gertner also reminds us that if you want to find out more about the feud, you should buy some videos from the ECW Merchandise catalog that they plug. The ECW opening then starts. It has been remixed since last week in that it shows another clip of Raven. It still shows "The Chairshot Heard Round The World," but now it also shows a shot of Raven holding the Word Tag Titles from last week. Styles says Raven and Dreamer will defend the titles at the ECW Anarchy Rulz PPV (September 18). ECW Wrestling on TNN: The Dudley Boyz vs. Ballz Mahoney & LSD (Lil' Spike Dudley): (9/3/99) - The Dudleys came out and gave an emotional speech to the crowd about leaving ECW. They then challenged Spike Dudley and Balls Mahoney to one last title match. Balls and Spike hit the ring, and the match was on. Balls was powerbombed through a thumbtack covered table, and Spike was given 3D, and the Dudleys became the eight time ECW World Tag Team Champions. They raised the hands of Balls and Spike, and left the ring to a rousing ovation. This was a big deal as this is TDB'z last appearance in ECW and Joey Styles kept making a big deal about the Dudley's showing up on RAW to throw away the ECW Tag Titles. Styles wondered how ECW would recover from this blow.
WINNERS AND NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPS: The Dudley Boyz.
ECW Wrestling on TNN: The Dudley Boyz vs. Tommy Dreamer and Raven (Raven's return to ECW): (9/3/99) - The Dudleys appeared on the stage, and came to the ring, saying they weren't ready to leave just yet. They thanked the fans, and gave another speech. After the fans gave them an ovation, the Dudleys turned on them, saying they couldn't wait to leave ECW and hand the ECW Tag Titles to Vince McMahon in Stamford, Conn., but before they did, they wanted to beat, ruin, and destroy the company. They called out Tommy Dreamer, hurling insults at him and told him to defend the 6 year old company that broke his back, and making vulgar comments about Francine ("a two-dollar whore") and Beulah ("we taught her the real meaning of a double team"). The monitors show many images of Raven beating up Dreamer. Paul Heyman and Francine held him back, but finally Dreamer hit the ring and took the Dudleys on, two-on-one. Francine brought out a ladder, and Dreamer managed to stay on offense in the beginning, but the Dudleys eventually overwhelmed him. As D-Von lifted Dreamer for 3D, he reversed it into a DDT. At the same time, Raven hit the ring (to an absolutely monster pop) and DDT'd Bubba. Both men made covers, and a three count was made. Raven took the belts, and stood over Dreamer in a crucifix. He tossed Dreamer his belt, but Tommy wouldn't take it. Raven then did the Crucifix went into the crowd and growled menacingly and maniacally as the show went off the air.
